Brookhaven Pivot
An oversized aluminum and glass pivot entry, balanced to swing with one hand and stop where it is left.
The leaf is a little over four feet wide and ten feet tall, in thermally broken aluminum with tempered glass, balanced on a floor spring set in from the hinge edge so the weight never reaches your wrist.
There is no visible lock face. A concealed multipoint mechanism engages as the leaf seats, driven by a full-height pull.
Because this is the first thing anyone touches, the tolerance around the leaf was set tighter than code requires and re-checked after the slab had fully cured.
