Ponce Addition
A rear addition to an older intown home, glazed in a fine grid without giving up performance.
The owners wanted the look of an old steel window without inheriting its performance. We machined slim thermally broken aluminum profiles to the same visual section depth as the original grid.
Twelve tall bays were installed in sequence so the building was never left open overnight, and the existing brick openings were surveyed individually before fabrication.
Tempered throughout, with laminated glass on the street side to bring interior noise down.
